Friendship Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, 10 times a year. July – August is the vacation period. Each term, appropriate venues for meetings are determined according to the conditions of the day. If the conditions are not suitable for face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings can be held.
Speakers who are experts on their fields are invited to the meetings. The attendance of all the Board of Directors are expected unless having an important excuse. Members who cannot attend a meeting due to an excuse should notify the club secretary of their excuses before the meeting.
